Working Together
We were asked once to build a deck for a couple in St. Petersburg. The second time that we met, the customer presented us with a picture from a magazine that she had seen, quite a bit grander than what was originally verbalized. We are pleased to say that the finished product looked exactly like the picture. We were able to do it for a little less profit and a lot more work, but we were overjoyed at their delight upon completion. They have recommended us numerous times and our reward was a valued customer relationship.
